Globecom 2015 will be hosting a series of tutorials and proposals are invited for half- or full-day tutorials in communications & networking. Proposals should be submitted in a PDF file for review via EDAS.

TUTORIAL PROPOSAL FORMAT

Each tutorial proposal (maximum 5 pages) must include:

1. Title of the tutorial
2. Length of the workshop: Half‐day, Full‐day
3. Names, addresses, and a short biography (up to 200 words) of the instructors
4. A description of the technical issues that the tutorial will address, emphasizing its timeliness
5. An outline of the tutorial content, including its tentative schedule
6. Planned format of the tutorial, such as lecture or hands-on
7. If appropriate, a description of past versions of the tutorial, including number of attendees, etc.
